We Combine Information

How Long We Keep Personal Information

Opt-Out. We may periodically send you our newsletter and e-mails that directly promote our Sites. The Companies safeguard the security of the information you provide to us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures.. While we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you transmit to us, and so we urge you to take every precaution to protect your Personal Information when you are on the Internet.
Responding to Do Not Track Signals
Our website does not have the capability to respond to “Do Not Track” signals received from various web browsers.
Children and Privacy
We may collect Personal Information about children under 13 that parents or guardians provide to us when establishing an account for their children’s telehealth consultations. We may also collect Personal Information from children during a telehealth consultation, including first and last name; medical information; a video or audio file containing the child’s image and voice; persistent online identifiers from the devices used by children, including IP address, processor or device serial number, and unique device identifier; and geolocation information. We use this information to deliver telehealth consultations, analyze site traffic, optimize site performance, improve our Sites, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. To the extent allowed by applicable law, including, but not limited to, HIPAA, we may share this information with third parties to perform quality improvement activities or research and analysis. We may also share this information with service providers who help us deliver our Sites and give individuals a better user experience. Lastly, we may disclose this information in connection with business transactions; to comply with federal, state, or local laws; to comply with a civil, criminal, or regulatory inquiry, investigation, subpoena, or summons by federal, state, or local authorities; to cooperate with law enforcement agencies concerning conduct or activity that we, our service provider, or a third party reasonably and in good faith believe may violate federal, state, or local law; or to exercise or defend legal claims.
Children under the age of 13 may only use our Sites if we have obtained verified parental consent. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 unless verified parental consent has been received. If we learn that we have collected the information of a child under the age of 13 without receiving verified parental consent, we will delete such information from our records.
We use appropriate and reasonable security measures as required by relevant law to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of children’s personal information. We will retain children’s information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and subsequently delete the information using reasonable measures.
Parents and guardians of children under the age of 13 may request to review their child’s personal information, request that we delete it, and refuse to allow any further collection or use of their child’s information. Third Party Sites
The Sites contain links to other sites that are owned or operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices of any third parties. To protect your information, we encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of those third parties.
International Transfer
Your information is stored by the Companies on controlled servers with limited access and may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where the Companies or agents are located. If you’re located outside the United States and choose to provide your Personal Information to us, we may transfer your Personal Information to the United States and process it there. Those who choose to access and use the Sites from outside the U.S. do so on their own initiative, at their own risk, and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

California residents have certain privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as applicable. This section describes those rights and how you can exercise them with our Company.
